Grievance Redressal Committee

A dedicated committee to address and resolve grievances raised by students in a fair and transparent manner.

Grievance Redressal Procedure

Submission

Students can submit grievances through the online portal, suggestion box, or directly to committee members.

Acknowledgment

All grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt with a unique tracking ID.

Investigation

The committee investigates the grievance thoroughly within 7 working days.

Resolution

Appropriate action is taken and communicated to the complainant within 15 days.
